We went to Clancy's on New Year's day for a late lunch and we were so impressed by our waiter Jacob, who went beyond excellent customer service to us and our friends. Some of the wines we chose weren't on the list but he made sure he found a suitable wine offering us a tasting to make sure we would be happy. Nothing was too much bother and a smile to go with it. Thanks Jacob you started it off very positive. Julie and Tom

Cafe has great views and very friendly staff.
Just need to get breakfast out hotter!
Hot chocolate, toast and mushrooms were all luke warm. Maybe get the chef to demonstrate what to do with refrigerated butter and cold toast...
Presentation, portions and service was great though.
